The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has recently published a list of all legal housing societies in Rawalpindi. It includes all housing schemes adjacent to Rawalpindi district tehsils. 1: Blue World City Islamabad

Blue World City is an RDA-approved housing cooperative. It is an exquisite yet affordable housing community. This community is situated on Chakri Road. This society’s developer is The Blue Group of Companies, whose owner is Mr. Saad Nazir. Mr. Saad Nazir is the son of Chaudhry Nazir, the former deputy commissioner of Lahore, and a prominent figure in the real estate industry. Mr. Saad Nazir has completed a number of projects in the past, including PIA Co-operative Society, Center Park Lahore, Blue Town Sapphire, Blue Mart, and Blue Technologies. Capital Smart City’s owners and developers are FDHL (Future Development Holdings Limited) and HRL (Habib Rafique Pvt. Ltd.). Capital Smart City’s success is primarily attributable to its enviable location. It is located approximately 9 kilometres from the M-2 Thalian Interchange, close to the Lahore-Islamabad Highway. The Islamabad International Airport is 5-6 minutes’ drive from civilization.

The total land area of Capital Smart City is 55,000 Kanal. The management has requested a Land Extension from the authorities. After the land expansion, the Smart City’s covered area will be 80,000 Kanal.

This organisation is one of the few legal organisations. The RDA (Rawalpindi Development Authority) has issued this society a NOC (No Objection Certificate).

3: Kingdom Valley Islamabad

The Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is collaborating on the development of the Kingdom Valley Housing Society. 4: Rudn Enclave:

Rudn enclave is listed among the RDA-approved societies. This housing project provides homes at very affordable prices. In Rawalpindi, RMRSCO (Pvt.) Limited and NESPAK (National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited) are developing this notable project.

The location of Rudn enclave is extremely desirable. It is located on Rawalpindi’s main Adiala Road. In addition, the M-2 Lahore-Islamabad Highway is closed for this project.
